Today Wordle No. 1203 Hints and Answer for 10/04/2024

Hello everyone! It's Friday, October 4th, 2024, and you know what that means—it's time to dive into today's Wordle challenge. Before we jump into the puzzle, let's go over some helpful hints to get you started.

Hints for Today's Puzzle

  • Vowels: There are two vowels in the answer.
  • First Letter: The word starts with the letter "T."
  • Repeated Letters: There are repeated letters in today's word.

Hint Example: This word can describe a label given to a book, a movie, or a person's role. Think of something you see on the cover of a book!

So, how did today’s puzzle play out? Let me take you through my thought process as I tackled it. I decided to start with a word that I was confident we haven’t used before: "Trone." Now, "Trone" is an old term used for a large set of scales—an interesting word that seemed worth trying.

Today's Starting Word: Woozy

In honor of one of those episodes, we’re kicking off today’s puzzle with the word woozy. Now, I won’t lie—starting with "woozy" doesn’t usually work out great, but hey, it's all about the challenge, right? Let’s see what happens.

Result: Absolutely nothing! A blank grid. But that’s to be expected when we're playing on hard mode with such a tricky word. On to the next guess!

Second Word: Stare

For my second guess, I’m opting for stare—a much more common word with frequently used letters. Let’s see if we can get some progress.

Result: Now we’re talking! We’ve got an E in the correct position and a T, though it’s out of place. No A or O, so that narrows things down quite a bit. There might still be a U or I, and possibly a double E. Time to strategize.

Third Word: Tilda

Here’s where things get interesting. I’m trying Tilda—a word that checks the remaining vowels and moves that tricky "T" around. It feels like a good next step.

Result: Not the right word, but we’ve hit a lucky break! We now have the following structure: T I _ L E. The correct word is just a guess away.

Final Word: Title

After reviewing my options, the answer is clear: Title. A solid guess based on the letters we’ve locked in, and with no other possibilities left, it seems like the obvious choice.

Result: Title is the answer! We’ve solved it in four guesses, which, considering we started with "woozy," is pretty lucky. Sometimes, Wordle just goes your way, and this was one of those days.

Wrapping Up Fearless Friday

Fearless Friday lived up to its name once again. Starting with a word like "woozy" didn’t give us much to work with, but thanks to a few smart guesses, we managed to nail down the answer. I love how unpredictable these puzzles can be—it’s what keeps the game fun and exciting every day.

I’m curious to know how you all did today. Did anyone manage to solve the puzzle in fewer guesses? Let me know in the comments! As always, if you’ve enjoyed today’s Wordle journey, don’t forget to hit the subscribe button and share the channel with a friend. We’re working hard to grow our community, and every bit of support helps.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s puzzle, where we’ll kick off the weekend with the starting word peace. It’s going to be a special episode, as it’s the last one we’ll be filming in this studio before moving to a new location. Exciting times ahead!
